Goals and objectives
CJSC "BioEco" is the owner of bioglue composition and manufacturing know-how, as well as it owns a method of bioglue application by manufacturing of wood-based panels.
The current task of the company is to elaborate technical regulations on manufacturing process and specification of bioglue compositions made of food industries’ offals, which are used for production of wood-based panels, to meet the mandatory requirements of Russian State Standard (GOST).
At the moment, wood-based panels produced using bioglue don’t satisfy in full the requirements of Russian State Standard (GOST) (Table 1). Therefore the objective of R&D is defined as full compliance with the required parameters.

Li and Ls – inferior limit and superior limit respectively
All the trials were carried out on samples, manufactured with the use of bioglue. Tests № 6, 7, 9, 10 have to be carried out on large-size boards, which requires special equipment to be manufactured, for that reason the mentioned tests were delayed.
In international partnership we are willing to bring the parameters of wood-based panels to those required by the standards established in countries interested in the proposed technology.
